EM6000 Auto Autonomous Trailer Defense System

Engineering the future of intelligent trailer security and active theft prevention.

EM6000 AUTO

Autonomous Trailer Defense & Landing Gear Automation

AI-Powered Trailer Locking and Landing Technology for Your Fleets

Two things put a trailer at risk: a driver cranking landing gear by hand, and a trailer sitting unlocked in a yard. Trinetra Guard’s EM6000 Auto fixes both issues by automating trailer landing gear operations.

Meet the all-in-one solution for trailer security and automation: push-button landing gear control, an active lock that stops unauthorized hookups, and live GPS monitoring for your entire fleet.

No obligation. See it running on your own trailer before you commit.

The Core Problem

Two Fleet Costs Hiding in Plain Sight

Two seemingly different fleet risks can have the same overlooked point of failure: unprotected and manual landing gear.

Injury Risk

Manual Cranking Injury

When you raise and lower landing gear by hand, it puts sustained load on the shoulders and lower back repeatedly. The average workers' comp claim for an arm or shoulder injury runs $55,115, according to the National Safety Council.

$55,115

Theft Exposure

GPS Tracks, But Doesn’t Stop Theft

A tracker tells you where a trailer went after a thief already hooked up and drove off. In 2025, cargo theft losses across the U.S. and Canada hit an estimated $725 million, a 60% jump from 2024, with the average confirmed theft now valued at $273,990 (Verisk CargoNet).

One Root Cause

Two separate problems. Same root cause.

The landing gear is either unguarded or unautomated. EM6000 Auto is built to close both gaps with one device.

Full Capability Breakdown

What EM6000 Auto Actually Does

More than GPS. More than a lock. EM6000 Auto combines automated landing gear, intelligent access control, security, and real-time visibility into one system.

01
Automation

Automated Landing Gear

One-touch, push-button operation raises and lowers the landing gear — zero manual cranking. No wrenching a handle in the rain, no repetitive strain, no waiting on a driver who's out with a shoulder injury.

Push-button operation
02
Physical Security

Landing Gear Lockdown

Once the tractor disconnects, EM6000 Auto locks the landing gear mechanism itself. A thief can hook up a tractor, but the trailer will not raise or move without authorization.

Unauthorized movement blocked
03
Flexible Access

Smart Access Control

Unlock in five ways, so a dead cell signal never strands a driver.

Mobile App
Bluetooth
RFID Key Card
OTP Keypad Code
Remote Back-Office Portal
04
Visibility

Real-Time GPS & Geofencing

Live location, yard entry/exit alerts, and breadcrumb trip history; plus an instant alert the moment a trailer moves without authorization.

Tamper Detection

A built-in motion sensor and tamper alarm trigger the moment someone messes with the lock. Mounting is designed so the device cannot be pulled off without heavy-duty cutting tools.

Trailer-Driver Pairing

Pair a trailer to the driver's app so the wrong trailer never leaves the yard by mistake — a quiet fix for a costly dispatch error.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions, Answered.

Everything you need to know about installation, operation, connectivity, security, and day-to-day fleet use.

01

How long does EM6000 Auto take to install?

About 15 to 20 minutes per trailer. The device mounts on the landing gear leg with the included brackets. You do not need to weld or drill into the frame.

02

Does EM6000 Auto need the tractor connected to work?

No. It runs on its own 40,000 mAh battery, rechargeable by USB or by continuous power from the trailer while it's hooked to a truck. It protects a trailer whether or not a tractor is attached.

03

What happens if EM6000 Auto loses cellular signal?

The lock still opens. Drivers can unlock it with Bluetooth from a smartphone, an RFID card, or a keypad code. You do not need any cell signal for any of the three.

04

How is EM6000Auto different from a basic GPS tracker?

A GPS tracker only reports movement. EM6000 Auto locks the landing gear itself, so an unauthorized tractor can hook up, but the trailer won't move, and then it alerts your team in real time.

05

Can EM6000 Auto be removed or bypassed?

Not without heavy-duty cutting tools, and even then, tampering with the lock triggers an alarm and an instant notification to your team.

Built to automate landing gear, strengthen trailer security, and give fleets greater visibility.
