The Fleet Problem

Security, safety and driver experience are connected.

Fleet executives are dealing with several trailer-related challenges at the same time.

Cargo theft is rising. Unattended trailers are vulnerable. Drivers continue to perform repetitive manual tasks. Fleet managers need better visibility and control. Recruiting and retaining experienced drivers remains difficult.

Most products only solve one part of the problem.

GPS Tracker

A GPS tracker can help show where a trailer went after it moved. A manual lock depends on someone remembering to install it correctly. A traditional landing gear crank still requires physical effort from the driver.

More than trailer security

This is why Trinetra Guard positions EM6000Auto as more than a trailer security device. It is an autonomous trailer defense and landing gear automation system built for real fleet operations.

Driver Experience

Why Landing Gear Automation Matters

Manual landing gear cranking is one of the most repetitive physical tasks in trailer operations.

Drivers may crank landing gear in heat, cold, rain, tight yards, uneven ground, or under time pressure. Over time, repetitive cranking can create strain on the shoulders, arms, neck, and back.

EM6000Auto is designed to reduce that manual effort by automating trailer landing gear operation.

Driver Benefits

For drivers, this can mean:

Less repetitive manual cranking
Less physical strain during drop-and-hook operations
A more driver-friendly trailer experience
Easier trailer handling in daily operations
Better support from fleets investing in modern equipment

Fleet Benefits

For fleets, this can support:

Driver safety initiatives
Injury-prevention programs
Driver retention
Driver hiring and recruiting
Better driver experience
More consistent trailer operations

The Bigger Picture

Equipment matters.

Driver retention is not only about pay. Equipment matters. Fleets that invest in safer, easier, more driver-friendly technology can send a strong message to drivers:

Your safety and daily experience matter.

System Overview

How EM6000Auto Works

EM6000Auto combines landing gear automation, access control, monitoring, and trailer security into one connected system.

01

Automated Landing Gear Operation

EM6000Auto is designed to automate the raising and lowering of trailer landing gear, reducing the need for repetitive manual cranking. This can help drivers during daily trailer handling and support fleet efforts around driver safety, ergonomics, and retention.

02

Auto-Lockdown Security

When the tractor disconnects from the trailer, EM6000Auto is designed to help secure the trailer automatically. This reduces dependence on a separate manual security step and helps close a gap that can occur when a lock is forgotten, skipped, or applied incorrectly.

03

Authorized Access Control

Fleet teams can manage access through authorized workflows. Depending on the configuration, access may involve app-based authorization, remote back-office control, Bluetooth, RFID, keypad, or OTP-style permission.

04

Back-Office Visibility and Control

Fleet managers and dispatch teams can gain better visibility into trailer security events and access activity. The system is designed to support centralized control so the back office can respond faster when a trailer needs authorization, review, or follow-up.

05

GPS Visibility and Alerts

GPS supports location visibility and can help fleet managers monitor trailer position, yard activity, geofence events, and potential unauthorized movement. GPS is not the full solution by itself. It is one layer of the EM6000Auto system, working alongside physical security, automation, alerts, and access control.

06

Smart Battery Management

The updated EM6000Auto design is planned with an approximately 60,000 mAh battery pack for extended independent operation. When a trailer is idle or left unused, the system is designed to reduce battery consumption by lowering communication pings.

Fleet managers can receive low-battery notifications before the battery reaches a critical level. If the battery is fully depleted, the system is designed to resume operation once the trailer is connected to the truck through a direct bypass design, without waiting for the battery pack to recharge first.

Executive Perspective

Why This Matters to Fleet Executives

EM6000Auto is designed to address several fleet priorities at the same time, from driver experience and operational efficiency to security, visibility, and risk management.

Driver Safety

EM6000Auto helps reduce one of the repetitive physical tasks drivers face in trailer operations: landing gear cranking. For safety teams, this supports injury-prevention conversations and can help reduce exposure to manual strain.

HR and Driver Retention

Drivers notice the equipment they are given. A fleet that invests in landing gear automation can use that as part of a broader driver-retention and recruiting message. It shows that the company is investing in safer, easier, more modern equipment.

Cargo Theft Prevention

EM6000Auto is designed to help prevent unauthorized trailer movement instead of relying only on tracking after the trailer has already moved.

Operations and Maintenance

Automated trailer landing gear can help make drop-and-hook operations more consistent and reduce reliance on manual effort in busy yards.

Insurance and Risk Management

Trailer theft, cargo claims, unauthorized movement, driver injuries and equipment misuse all create risk. EM6000Auto gives fleets another layer of prevention, visibility and control.

The Bigger Picture

Multiple fleet priorities. One connected system.

EM6000Auto brings automation, physical security, access control, visibility and driver-focused technology together in a single trailer platform.
